Your Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete your Personal Information that we have collected from you.
 
As with other consumer requests about Personal Information, we must verify the identity of the person making the request and ensure that person is within their rights to make the request.
 
Additionally, the CCPA has legal exceptions that must be considered prior to our fulfilling a deletion request. We may deny all or part of your deletion request due to these exceptions, for example: reasons for security and investigative purposes, to comply with law enforcement requests, and to fulfill our contract with you or another customer.
